    • The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.

    • Please ensure that the abaya is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

    • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the abaya received is damaged or defective.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
    • Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
    • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the abaya, excluding any shipping charges.

  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to customized or altered abayas, accessories, and sale/clearance items. These items will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired abaya.
